Is it possible to rent a property with pets?
– Most of our property owners do not allow to keep one or more pets in the rented property.
What is the minimum duration of the tenancy agreement?
– WelcomeAtHome works with a minimal rental period of 8 months. After these 8 months you can extend or end the tenancy agreement.
Is it possible to rent a property with more people?
– Most of our properties are suitable for two people, provided with a double bed. It’s allowed to live with a partner or just as friends. Some of our properties are only suitable for one person, if this is the case it will be notified in the advertising of the rented property.

– Eindhoven is the 5th largest city in the Netherlands and famous because of its technology, innovation and design. This status is largely due to the establishment of Philips in Eindhoven in the 1890’s. Since then the city has expanded rapidly and the region became of great importance for other technological companies. Eindhoven has a little over 220,000 inhabitants, a big percentage of the inhabitants are students at the TU Eindhoven and the Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Located in the center of Eindhoven is the train station that gives you a safe and easy opportunity to travel true the Netherlands. Eindhoven also has an airport (Eindhoven Airport) that is used by big airlines such as Ryanair, Transavia and TUI. Eindhoven Airport is therefore an excellent way to explore the rest of Europe.
